Yana is a Spanish speaking app that accompanies people on the path to emotional well-being. It uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools and presents them in a friendly, simple and intelligent way to help anyone who wants to manage their emotional state, any day at any time. The app allows them to vent, change bad thoughts, create new healthy habits, or track the progress of how they feel. In short, it helps them change the way they think so that, consequently, they can change the way they feel. On the other hand, it also offers a space to find mental health professionals or crisis hotlines. Yana seeks to be the first step towards the conversation of mental health so that people can, if they need it, have the confidence to go to the right professionals in the least amount of time possible.Something looks off?
