What Will You Do

Maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures

Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes to support the growth and scalability of our operations

Monitor the end-to-end process by cross-checking and spotting discrepancies in systems and reports.

Criteria We're Looking For

• A recent graduate in bachelor degree with 0 to 1 year of experience (or currently in the last year of education) from a reputable university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy
