In this role you will work on:
  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
  • Monthly budgeting & Analyzing Actual performance against Estimates
  • Business Partnering - be a thought partner to identify, discuss & highlight various issues for resolution
  • Prepare a weekly financial report including margin, expenses, and profitability
  • Collaborating with the Finance & business team to reach the overall target
  • Detailed Analysis of variances and drivers behind those variances
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly dashboards
Requirements:
  • Has a background in finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting or financial modelling
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting and 1-2 years of experience in Strategy and Planning, Business Analyst is preferred.
  • Financial understanding & business acumen to interpret data, draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa to communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Excel
