Job Description:
  • Manage overall HR Operations function including administration of HR-related processes and procedures. This includes tasks such as managing HRIS, processing employee data, Insurance, benefits administration, and payroll processing
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of HR-related processes and procedures.
  • Handle general HR-related matters, such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
  • Maintaining employee databases.
  • Filing documents related to the HR department.
  • Managing HRIS business process
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly related to payroll and benefits.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and databases.
  • Familiarity with Kitas, Visa & EP
  • Advanced Excel skills include the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data
