- Maintain HR tools and ensure all employees have been registered since day 1.
- Focus on providing and maintaining an HR ops database.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR or People Operations from the tech/startup companies.
- Ability to manage a high volume of administrative data with quality in a timely manner.
- Strong in administration and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and have good initiative under a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
