What Will You Do:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for Shipper's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar to align with Shipper's marketing and branding strategies.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, industry news, and relevant discussions to participate in and leverage for content.
- Engage with the Shipper community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that promote Shipper's products, services, and values.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging trends to keep Shipper's social media strategy innovative and competitive.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagement to expand Shipper's online reach.
What Are The Requirements:
- Willing to work under 6 months contract.
- This position allows you to work remotely but must be willing to come to our office in Solo approximately once a month.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts for a company or brand.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms and best practices for B2B Business.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- A genuine passion for social media and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
