What Will You Do:

• Have independence in navigating end-to-end product copywriting processes such as problem scoping, defining challenges, exploration of copy alternatives, prototyping with the design team, testing, iteration
• Create/reframe a sharp product copy brief by being critical in digging deeper into the project context and understanding insights/hypotheses around the target user
• Explore and incorporate primary & secondary user data in order to inform the copywriting
• Articulate a variety of product use cases that have implications on how we should approach the copywriting
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders in order to generate copy ideas based on user insights

What Are The Requirement:

• Possess a good understanding of Human Centered Design
• Good critical thinking & systems thinking skill
• Good communication & storytelling skill
• Deep curiosity in uncovering problems & exploring potential solutions for a variety of people
• Evidence of ability to do end-to-end product copywriting process
• Exposure to product research is highly valued. Especially copy testing
• Have proficiency in using design tools such as Figma & Miro
• Design & Social Science related degree is preferred, but any background are welcome to apply
