Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our Shipper Thailand team and play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive domestic and international B2B sales strategy primarily focusing on Freight Forwarding and Container Haulage sales.

A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and close sales are essential to be successful in this role. Previous experience in a sales-related position is a must.

What Will You Do

  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Shipper’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by leveraging your existing client network, optimizing your sales activities and continuously building a consistent sales pipeline
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Provide advanced negotiation expertise


What Are The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Previous experience (4 years+) as a sales representative or sales specialist who consistently met or exceeded targets (preferred Freight Forwarding and/or Container Haulage background)
  • Previous experience in building a successful sales territory from scratch is a plus
  • Proven experience in driving the sales process from plan to close
  • Possess analytical mindset and solid problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Strong business sense/acumen with industry knowledge and expertise
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai/English)
  • Preferred local Thai candidate
