What Will You Do:

  • Manage Client's acquisition team to ensure the team hits the assigned targets
  • Ensure that strategy set by management to increase the acquisition rate of Aloshop and onboarding of Clients are being apply by the team
  • Monitor performance and keep Clients productive and contribute to growth in the initial phase of partnership
  • Manage, coach and hold accountable individual performance of the designated clients acquisition team
  • Collaborate with other department stakeholders to streamline clients acquisition process and fix issues
  • Join sales visits with the team to gather field updates, field evaluation and acquire key clients.

What Are The Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related
  • Minimum 3 years experience in SaaS Sales, Platform Omnichannel, Ecommerce Enabler, of Logistic Service Provider with 2 years managing a regional team
  • Have relevant experience to client's acquisition and management from related industry; Market Place, Brand.Com, Social Commerce SME
  • Proficiency in working with CRM / Sales platform tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
