What Will You Do:

Compliance Manager will assist Head of Legal and Compliance in ensuring the compliance of the business operation of the Company with the internal SOP(s) as well as prevailing laws and regulation, as further provided below.

Assisting Head of Legal and Compliance:

  • To guide and assist related departments for internal policy and/or SOPs creation and maintain updated internal policy and/or SOPs on a quarterly basis.
  • To track the latest development of relevant regulations issued by the authorities and further ensure the management and/or business operation team stay up-to-date.
  • To perform compliance inspection of marketing and promotion contents.
  • To be responsible for the implementation of AML-CTF including but not limited to creating SOP, monitoring suspicious case reporting, investigation, and communication with the authority.
  • To be responsible for the implementation of any program which may be required from time to time by the authorities by liaising with the relevant department.
  • To ensure the tasks of the Compliance Staff are performed properly and accordingly
  • Able to maintain the confidentiality of the company

What Are The Requirement:

  • Male/Female
  • Min. Bachelor of Law degree from reputable universities with GPA >3.20
  • Has 1-3 (one to three) years working experience as a compliance officer. Preferably, experienced in financial services industry.
  • High ethical standards, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to manage large amounts of paper work.
  • Great communication skill and attention to details
  • Excellent analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
