What Will You Do:

  • Acquire new clients and manage Field Sales Executive/Account Executive to ensure the team hits the assigned targets
  • Set the strategy to increase the acquisition rate and onboarding of Clients
  • Monitor performance and keep Sales productive and contribute to growth in the initial phase of the partnership
  • Manage, coach, and hold accountable individual performance across the team
  • Collaborate with other department stakeholders to streamline the sales process and fix issues
  • Work with Management & Operations to increase the profitability and retention of clients


What Are The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Logistics & E-commerce sales with 2 years managing a team
  • Have a relevant experience in Sales Processes, acquisition, and management
  • Proficiency in working with CRM / Sales platform tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
