What Will You Do

• Conduct research (e.g., desktop research, KOL discussions) and dataset analysis to inform research and analysis related to external questions
• Develop analytical approaches based on available data to drive answer to key questions being posed
• Execute market research to help Service Owners understand potential opportunities (e.g., market size, customer dynamics, etc.)
• Analyze competitive strategy and conduct competitive benchmarking to understand competitor activities across services
• Conduct recurring research to understand market trends, updates in competitor activity (including market share), and other market activity
• Synthesize implications of research into actionable strategic points
• Share findings with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Service Owners) and support development of initiatives and projects based on findings

What Are The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Market Research, Marketing or similar field
• Experience in relevant logistics or ecommerce industries and Top 4 Management Consulting is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Attention to detail and exception verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
