SariSuki is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor who will oversee AR processes with focus on reconciliation, collections, matching, invoicing and filing. This position is crucial for ensuring that accounts are managed effectively, cash flow is optimized, and financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
  • Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of accounts receivable on a monthly basis, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly including short payments, unposted payments, adjustments, and other recon
  • Collections Management: Work closely with Collections team to maintain a systematic and organized approach to tracking and collecting outstanding invoices
  • Cash flow management: Support month-end closing and forecasting by providing accurate AR reports and analysis to the finance team
  • Reporting & Analysis: prepare and deliver regular accounts receivable aging reports to management, highlighting overdue balances, payment trends, and collection efforts
  • Compliance & Process Improvement: Review and update AR procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications:
  • Willing to report daily to San Juan, Manila
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable and collections is a plus.
