We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Intern, your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to encourage them in placing an order in our app. This role offers hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management, providing valuable exposure to the sales process and business operations.
- Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to encourage placing orders
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads and prospects generated by the team
- Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to accurately present and discuss with customers
- Build rapport with customers and address inquiries or concerns effectively
- Document and track all customer interactions, ensuring records are updated
- Track daily call metrics and report on customer engagement and outcomes
Nice-to-haves:
- Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related course
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Goal-driven, with a willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
