We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketplace Associate to manage administrative tasks for our online marketplace platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that product listings, campaigns, and all platform-related activities are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with company goals. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude to improve platform performance and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Updating and Listing Management:
  • Regularly update and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Ensure all products are categorized correctly and comply with platform guidelines.
  • Upload new products and update existing product details (prices, stock levels, attributes, etc.) to the platform.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary product information and assets for listings.
Campaign Management:
  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, promotions, and special offers on the platform.
  • Monitor and update campaign creatives, banners, and product selections.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Platform Monitoring & Maintenance:
  • Monitor product availability, stock levels, and any platform-related issues.
  • Resolve issues related to product listings, pricing discrepancies, and customer feedback.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with platform policies.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support for the marketplace team.
  • Help manage and track administrative tasks such as order processing, returns, and customer service follow-ups.
  • Assist with any other ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Marketplace Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with online marketplace platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok) and e-commerce tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and product listing optimization is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and proactive with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis.
  • A positive, customer-first mindset.
