We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with experience in building distributed scalable systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our internal systems to make sure we get our products from farm to communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain an event-driven architecture system
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to build robust, scalable, and efficient web applications
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and other backend systems to support our web and mobile applications
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards
• Ensure that our systems are secure, performant, and reliable, and that they meet the needs of our users
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in our systems, and implement solutions to fix them
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and practices
• Mentor junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and the use of modern web development frameworks
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and frameworks, and apply them to our projects where appropriate

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in back-end or full stack development
• Expertise in cloud services such as AWS, Google cloud or Azure
• Expertise in Python, NodeJs, Golang and or equivalent technologies
• Expertise in Django framework, NestJs, Iris or other back-end frameworks
• Expertise in developing and maintaining APIs, microservices, and other backend systems
• Expertise in data-modeling, database design, and optimization of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience in using non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firestore)
• Experience in using pub/sub models such as AWS SNS/SQS, Eventbridge, or GCP Pub/Sub
• Familiarity in developing modern web applications using popular frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.
• Familiarity in developing native mobile applications using Flutter or other equivalent technologies, a plus
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing, a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under an agile software development culture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
