The role
As the Growth Manager, you'll lead our efforts to accelerate the growth of Onboard. You will be responsible for growing both sides of the marketplace and ensuring that there’s enough marketplace liquidity. Our P2P marketplace is a global solution for anyone looking to off-ramp and on-ramp into crypto. You will own core product KPIs like marketplace liquidity, gross merchandise volume, and monthly active members. Your role will involve designing, executing, and optimizing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of growth across the funnel, from pre-acquisition to retention and revenue optimization.
- Identify opportunities and build growth strategies using data analysis and experimentation frameworks like AAARRR (pirate).
- Develop and test growth hypotheses through online and offline channels in a comprehensive and iterative manner.
- Use your experience in paid advertising, SEO, and analytics to inform and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage acquisition channels with a particular focus on referrals and gamification to maximize user engagement.
- Lead by example with a proactive, hands-on approach and a focus on impactful results.
- Build and execute growth strategies that align with company objectives, including managing budgets and overseeing campaigns.
- Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to optimize user journeys and enhance landing page experiences.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Amplitude/Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Excel to track progress and make data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct user interviews and feedback analysis to refine growth strategies based on behavior and user needs.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in growth management, paid advertising, or analytics, preferably in a startup or digital agency.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and spreadsheets.
- Experience in content marketing, community engagement, and ambassador programs.
- A strategic mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO and running multi-channel campaigns.

Our Hiring Process:
- You'll have a 30-minute chat with our HR Manager to get to know each other, learn more about the team, and ask any questions you might have about the company and the role.
- If the interview goes well, you'll be given a short written take-home project.
- If that goes well, you'll have a second-round interview with the Hiring Manager.
- If we're both excited, we'll request your time to speak with our CEO, Yele, for a final interview.
- Should we both be happy to proceed, our HR manager will engage you again to discuss an offer and proceed to sign, after which we'll arrange for your remote onboarding and induction before your day 1.
