Responsibilities
- Building partnerships with e-commerce marketplaces, marketing & advertising agencies, SaaS tools, Logistics & Delivery partners to (a) facilitate funding to their clients on referral basis, (b) create a stack of rewards for our portfolio brands
- Identify and prioritize potential partners, including financial institutions, and other relevant businesses
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, and negotiate partnership agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BD, product, and marketing to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
- Develop and manage partner marketing campaigns and activities to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Measure and analyze partnership performance, and optimize programs to achieve maximum ROI
Requirement
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales & partnerships
- Fair understanding of the overall fin-tech ecosystem in India - prior experience of working with lending, insurance or wealth players would be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Experience in investing/advising/selling to D2C brands/ecosystem is preferred
