Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Assist customers with placing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions comprehensively.
  • Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
