Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Financial & Strategic Analysis: Dive into our funding strategy, M&A, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships with enthusiasm.
  • Financial Modeling & Valuation: Create and analyze financial models.
  • Industry & Market Research: Conduct thorough research and share your insights with the team.
  • Deal Transaction Processes: Participate in end-to-end deal transactions and bring your A-game.
  • Investment Memorandums & Presentations: Craft compelling investment memos and presentations to the investors.
  • Investor Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the investors.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top university.
  • 3-4 years of experience in corporate finance & FP&A, preferably with a background in Accounting Firm, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Startups, or Management Consulting. Big 4 experience in valuation or advisory is a plus.
  • Expert in financial modeling, excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
