As the Business Analyst at Inventa, you will translate data into strategic insights and propel Inventa's growth. Join our team and help us make a significant impact on B2B wholesale in Brasil!

Your day-by-day will be:

  • Implement tools and projects for customer success and product adoption
  • Analyze startup operations data, interpreting key findings
  • Maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
  • Identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making
  • Propose and implement analyzes and initiatives related to customer success and product adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and operations
  • Optimize business processes for efficiency
  • Assess financial and operational viability of new initiatives
  • Generate reports and analysis for executive presentations
  • Document processes and procedures

Your Impact:

  • 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proficient in SQL (Python knowledge is a plus)
  • Analytical with a strategic vision, aligning customer needs with business goals
  • Strong B2B perspective is a plus
  • Understanding KPIs and their impact on business metrics, such as pricing, profit, budget, etc
  • Effective communicator across various teams and with customers
  • Degree in business, economics, or related fields
  • Experience in customer acquisition and lifecycle projects
  • Skilled in data visualization and presentation
