We are looking for Partnerships Lead that will:

    • Prospect new strategic partners aligned with the company's growth objectives.
    • Negotiate and close contracts and partnership agreements, always seeking to maximize value for all parties involved.
    • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from planning to execution, with autonomy and proactivity.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure sustainable, long-term results.
    • Identify market trends and collaboration opportunities in sectors related to our business.
    • Monitor and report partnership performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the company’s KPIs.

Qualifications:

    • Commercial Mindset: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Organization and Proactivity: Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize tasks effectively, being hands-on when necessary.
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales
    • Fluent English: Essential for communication with international partners.
    • Experience in the financial industry is a valuable plus.
    • Experience in startups will be high
