We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will lead:

  • CRM Strategies: develop and implement manual and automated communications to enhance customer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty. Work closely with different teams to ensure message quality and consistency.
  • A&B testing: optimize email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and in-app notifications.
  • Planning & Segmentation: analyze customer data to segment specific target audiences, personalizing communications and prioritizing accordingly.
  • Data analysis: identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities. Use insights to adjust strategies, optimize campaign performance and share within different stakeholders.

Our requirements for this position are:

  • 4-5 years managing CRM campaigns.
  • Organized and with attention to detail.
  • Data driven & data driven storyteller.
  • Analytical proficiency: dynamic tables, formulas and SQL to analyze and visualize data.

Additional Skills & Plus

  • At least one year working in a fast paced company, agency or startup.
  • Technical experience running CRM tools, automation and building dashboards.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
