Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, expense management, and payroll support, providing audit support, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, conducting financial analysis, and proficiently using accounting software. Effective communication and problem resolution are essential for collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. Plays a key role in maintaining organized and accurate financial information for the organization.

Objective

Contribute to the efficient financial operations of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting. The goal is to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, provide accurate and timely financial information, and facilitate smooth financial processes, thereby supporting the overall financial health and integrity of the organization.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in bookeeping
  • Use of accounting software (e.g., Netsuite), Excel, Sheets for data analysis
  • financial analysis capabilities,
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Accounts payable/receivable management
  • Payroll processing knowledge
  • Understanding of compliance and regulations
  • Experience in financial reporting, audit support.
  • Effective communication, and strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good English Level
