We are looking for someone who will:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns for acquisition through a full funnel approach.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and build targeted audience segments, while understanding the unique characteristics of each channel to optimize campaign reach and relevance
- Efficiently plan and manage advertising budget.
- Collaborate closely with external and in-house agencies to craft engaging creative assets, creating detailed briefings for specific channels, while also taking a hands-on approach when necessary.
- Optimize campaigns daily on platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Twitter Ads and Programmatic.
- Lead the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering strategic recommendations to maximize campaign results.
- Generate tactical and strategic reports, presenting insights and performance updates to senior management.
- Drive tests to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and gather comprehensive insights on market trends and product developments.
- Serve as a technical role model within the team, being the go-to person for the paid channel.
Our requirements are:
- 3+ years of proven experience in Paid Media Management and/or Growth Marketing, B2B experience is preferred.
- Fluent English required.
- Deep Understanding of Digital Advertising Platforms: Proficient with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and Programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of optimizing large-scale campaigns (this is going to be your main attribution, we are looking for someone really good at it).
- Hands-On Approach: Willingness to take direct action in campaign and creative processes when necessary, demonstrating initiative and detailed involvement in execution.
- Intermediate Excel/Sheets Skills: Proficient in intermediate spreadsheet functions including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, MATCH, INDEX, AVERAGEIFS, and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of Analytics Platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Power BI, utilizing them to extract and interpret data effectively.
- Expertise in A/B Testing: Mastery concepts and implementations, with a strong ability to design and interpret tests to optimize campaign performance (technical and creative).
- Advanced Tracking and Attribution Expertise: Proficient with Google Tag Manager for tag implementation and conversion tracking, with a strong grasp of attribution models and taxonomy to optimize campaign performance across channels.
- Highly Analytical: ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions; to clearly and concisely articulate performance reporting and test results
