We are seeking a highly motivated and creative person to join our global marketing team as a Creative Lead, responsible for leading the Inhouse which is accountable for all marketing initiatives in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and versatile creative to shape the visual identity of our brand across diverse markets. You will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Develop and execute a creative strategy aligned with Clara’s vision and business, including design and copywriting.
- Develop a deep understanding of Clara’s customers and their needs
- Create visual assets for social media, paid media, web, mobile, email, advertising, print, out-of-home, video, and other media both internal and external.
- Set creative guidelines for the region balancing a strong and consistent global brand with local creative needs.
- Drive the creative vision, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand across all creative projects.
- Lead and inspire the In house team, composed by three designers and one copywriter.
- Work closely with the global marketing squads to align creative efforts with overall business objectives.
Process Definition (build a creative system):
- Design the process of an agile and efficient creative production that allows for constant testing and optimization of visual assets across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative layers seamlessly into various stages of product development.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with all teams to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives.
Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end design projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Present campaigns rationale and advocate for the work while remaining open to feedback and alternative perspectives
Multicultural Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive creative culture that thrives in a multicultural B2B environment.
- Adapt communication and design approaches to resonate with diverse audiences in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
Our requirements are:
- Leadership experience (8-10y)
- Proven experience as a creative lead and art direction, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of conceptualizing and leading successful marketing campaigns that have had a significant impact on brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Fluency in Business English and Portuguese native speaker
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a multicultural setting.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and others.
- Execution oriented.
