We are looking for a Tax Accountant Associate who will:

  • Calculate federal taxes, VAT, ISR, ISR and VAT withholdings, annual return, DIOTS, electronic accounting
  • Execute tax payments abroad and control of credit balances
  • Update on tax reforms, SAT requirements, tax mailbox, tax audit requirements, CUCA, CUFIN, annual adjustment for inflation, AF depreciation, among others
  • Filing of local taxes (SIPARE, ISN, IMSS)
  • Compiling, reviewing and reconciling financial information
  • Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports
  • Maintaining records and filing systems
  • Assist with audits as needed

Our requirements for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Tax experience (at least 4 years in monthly provisional payments, annual tax return, tax reforms updates)
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and accounting software
  • Attention to detail
  • Acumen in Netsuite (desirable)
