About the team:

The Transactional Banking tribe is a core pillar of our Clara ecosystem. Our team's mission is to create the best transactional experience for companies to manage their cash flow with efficiency and transparency.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will:

  • Conduct deep dives into the needs of our customers regarding cash management, deposits and investments.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark competitor's strategies and solutions to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term results and long-term vision, ensuring buy-in from senior stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into detailed requirements and prototypes, in collaboration with engineering and design chapters.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to bring product features to market in a timely fashion.
  • Identify opportunities and lead the squad into improving its execution capacity.
  • Communicate constantly with stakeholders on product progress updates and decisions, and to create awareness and understanding across the organization.
  • Define key product performance metrics.
  • Analyze product performance and lead optimization efforts to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and financial results.
  • Collect and integrate feedback from customers and other areas to continuously improve the product.

Our requirements for this position are:

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in product management.
  • Previous experience with fintechs or digital banking product.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, being proactive into solving problems.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver product features.
  • Bias for action, taking products from zero to one.
  • Experience identifying various business problems or product flaws and coming up with creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing all types of stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Based in Brazil (remote).

Additional Skills & Plus:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to learn quickly and change direction when needed.
  • Strong understanding of the financial needs of companies, with the ability to think creatively and critically of product features that solve their needs.
  • Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Organization skills to create a easy to understand documents and presentations.
  • Technical knowledge of front-end and back-end concepts.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
