We are looking for an Credit Policy Head who will:

  • Manage Clara credit policy in MX/BR/CO
  • Define Clara line management and ECM strategy
  • Establish guardrails, concentration limits and best risk practices
  • Structure a best in class automated credit process that empower local teams to take decision
  • Be responsible for risk second line of defense in issues related to Credit Policy management

Our requirements for this position are:

  • Analytical expertise
  • Risk management knowledge
  • Outstanding communication to interact with growth team, local team and senior management
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast growing environment
  • Management experience
  • Capacity to work with full autonomy
  • Fluent English and Fluent Portuguese or Spanish

Additional Skills & Plus

  • Experience with consulting
  • 5+ years of experience
