We are looking for someone who will:
- Develop a creative copywriting strategy for Clara in partnership with designers and creative lead.
- Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts and execute
- Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice for a range of marketing and communications materials, including website pages, social media, brand campaigns, crm, etc. The use of AI is highly encouraged.
- Conduct high-quality research and understand Clara's target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with clients and subject-matter experts
- Collaborate with the entire marketing and growth marketing tribe in a fast paced environment
- Explore use cases of AI powered solutions to innovate the copywriting routine.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, PR and growth marketing professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
- Source images and other content
- Train and mentor team members in the use of AI for copy purposes.

Our requirements are:
- 3-5 years experience
- Relevant experience (more than 1y) in tech startups
- Experience in developing and executing tone of voice in brand assets
- Proficiency in portuguese writing and copy review of all content types
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear messages through a range of diverse channels
- Solid research skills
- Excellent verbal communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- Passion for social media and its impact on brand awareness and loyalty
- Experience with fast-paced cycles and able to juggle tasks and deadlines – after all, priorities may change
- A highly organized and detail-oriented profile
- Hands-on and autonomous professional, who takes ownership and get things done
- Fluency in brazilian portuguese
- Fluency in Business English
- Up-to-date knowledge on the latest trends in AI and it's marketing use cases
