Business Development Manager (B&I Channel)

Starting with a small team operating from a single, modest office, the Bazaar Universe has now expanded to include over 400 core members, empowering more than 1 million businesses across 50+ cities in Pakistan.

Over the past 3 years, the Bazaar Universe has expanded to include three core verticals; Retail, Industrial and Fintech that drive our business.
The Bazaar Pro team is an integral part of this universe, playing a pivotal role in providing tailored solutions to institutions such as HORECA, Institutions and offices. Our team specializes in catering to the unique needs of businesses, ensuring seamless procurement processes and cost-effective solutions. Joining the Bazaar Pro team means becoming a key player in delivering excellence to our institutional partners and contributing to the continued success and growth of the Bazaar Universe.
Your Role as Business Development Manager (B&I Channel)
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses to drive growth and sustainability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for business expansion within the B&I channel.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives and ensure seamless execution of B&I channel initiatives.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the B&I sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proven Experience: 4-6 years of successful business development experience, preferably in the B&I channel.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Business and Industry sector, understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Excellent Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus Points if you have
- Tech Industry Experience: Previous experience in the technology or startup sector.
- Network in B&I: Existing network and relationships within the Business and Industry sector.
