About Us 

Bazaar Technologies is a success story born out of two best friends dream of creating an impact for their home country. Since June 2020, Bazaar has been on a purpose-driven mission to build the most inspirational technology company that meaningfully drives economic growth for Pakistan. Starting with a small team operating from a single, modest office, the Bazaar Universe has now expanded to include over 400 core members, empowering more than 1 million businesses across 50+ cities in Pakistan.

Our Operations team is the backbone of all business verticals at Bazaar, encompassing end-to-end supply chain optimization. Whether its logistics and fulfillment, or last mile and transportation; our mission is to deliver a data-driven, customized solution to our customers and supply chain partners. 

Your Typical Day as Performance Associate

• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational performance metrics, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  

• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making processes, ensuring that operational initiatives are backed by empirical evidence.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track performance against established benchmarks.

• Collaborate with departmental managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and align performance metrics with organizational goals.

• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to each operational function.

• Regularly monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Work closely with various departments to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for operational enhancements.

• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and cross-functional problem-solving.

You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  

• Proven experience in operations or performance analysis is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
