About the role:

As a Last Mile Associate at Bazaar, the colleague will be handling the performance metrics of the last mile operations at Bazaar and increases the delivery optimization with the help of various tools.

Job responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the last mile delivery team, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture to enhance overall performance.
• Developing and implementing efficient last mile delivery routes to minimize delivery times and reduce operational costs.
• Continuously analyzing route data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to last mile operations.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by implementing customer-centric delivery strategies.
• Addressing customer concerns and collaborating with customer service teams for effective issue resolution.
• Work towards optimizing operational costs while maintaining high service standards.
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising on service quality. 
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance last mile delivery efficiency.
• Implementing best practices and industry standards in last mile operations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in last mile operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
